Sunnyside Bus Safety/Kindergarten Playdate

Bus Safety Day/Kindergarten Orientation:

Monday, August 26th 9:30 - 10:30

The PTO sponsored Kindergarten playdate will immediately follow this school event. This will take place on the playground. The playdate will be about an hour and popsicles will be served. 10:30 AM-11:30 AM. The PTO will have a variety of Sunnyside swag available for purchase during the playdate.

Students will meet the teachers, watch a bus safety video, and take a small bus ride. They will then meet their parents in the classroom and do an activity while the parents get an introduction to the teacher and the kindergarten day. Please feel free to bring in your child's pencil case and folder to set up their spot at the table. This is a great day for all students, not only students who ride the bus!
